...ok i'm lying. anigifs were never cool, but the entire blue ribbon thing is a bit of a daft concept anyway. Everything is legal somewhere in the world, so if you're being censored by one government's laws at your ISP's end, just move it to Iran :D
Hmm, technically speaking they all can be saved, if the, um, marines or something come in and save them.
I don't think that logic puzzle IS a logic puzzle, we'd have to have some sort of information about a few people's hats, or the total number of hats or something...
